**Policy and Terms for Jp's Dog Grooming**

By using our services, clients agree to the following terms. Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled without penalty if notified at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost. Clients are responsible for arriving on time; late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling. All pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations for the safety of all animals in our care. Jp's Dog Grooming reserves the right to refuse service to any pet exhibiting aggressive behavior. Personal information collected during the booking process is kept confidential and used solely for service-related communications. By proceeding with the appointment, clients accept these terms and acknowledge that any disputes will be resolved in accordance with local laws. Thank you for choosing Jp's Dog Grooming!
