Policy and Terms
Clients of barkingham palace may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. However, cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment may result in a fee. By booking an appointment, clients agree to adhere to this policy. Barkingham palace reserves the right to refuse service to any client who repeatedly cancels or reschedules appointments within the 48-hour window. A £20 non refundable deposit is required for any new customers no later than 7 days prior to your requested appointment. Please contact me for banking details.
