🤎 BARE BEAUTY LOUNGE — BOOKING POLICY Please read before booking. By booking an appointment, you agree to the policies below. 💰 DEPOSIT & PAYMENT A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your deposit is applied toward your service balance. The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment. Deposits are collected through JIM. Please follow the payment instructions provided when booking. 📅 RESCHEDULING You may reschedule once without paying a new deposit as long as you provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Additional rescheduling may require a new deposit. ❌ CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit. No-shows may be charged the full service price and may be required to pay in full or provide a new deposit before booking another appointment. ⏰ LATE ARRIVALS A 10-minute grace period is provided. After 15 minutes, your appointment time may begin as scheduled, which may shorten the amount of time available for your service. Arrivals 20+ minutes late may result in cancellation of the appointment. A new appointment may require a $20 squeeze-in fee, when applicable. 🧴 CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES Clients are responsible for disclosing any: Allergies Skin sensitivities Medications that may affect your service Recent skincare treatments Medical or skin conditions that may affect treatment Please follow all pre-care and aftercare instructions provided. Services may be modified, postponed, or declined when necessary for the safety of the client or esthetician. 📸 PHOTO & VIDEO Photos and/or videos may be taken during or after your appointment for promotional or educational content. If you do not want to be photographed or recorded, please let me know before your service begins. 🤎 RESPECT, SAFETY & RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE Bare Beauty Lounge is committed to providing a clean, safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for every client. Threatening, abusive, harassing, sexually inappropriate, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior toward the esthetician, other clients, or salon staff will not be tolerated. Bare Beauty Lounge reserves the right to refuse, stop, or end a service at any time when a situation becomes unsafe, inappropriate, or violates our booking policies. If a service is ended for these reasons, the deposit may be forfeited and additional payment may be required depending on the circumstances. This policy applies to all clients consistently and is not based on race, color, religion, sex, disability, national origin, ancestry, or another protected characteristic. ⚠️ LIABILITY & SKIN SAFETY Please provide accurate information about your skin, allergies, medications, and any relevant conditions before your service. Bare Beauty Lounge is not responsible for adverse reactions or complications resulting from information that was not disclosed or from failure to follow recommended aftercare instructions. Services may be adjusted or declined if they are determined to be unsafe for the client. 🔒 PRIVACY Information collected during booking is used to provide services, communicate with clients, and manage appointments. Personal information is not sold. 🤒 ILLNESS & HEALTH If you are experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness or have recently been exposed to one, please reschedule your appointment. For everyone’s safety, services may be postponed when necessary. 💳 PRICES & PAYMENT Service prices are subject to change. The remaining balance is due at the time of service. Accepted payment methods may include cash, card, and approved digital payment methods.
