• First time clients must arrive to your appt with clean, natural nails that are free of any products or nail enhancements. Must be free of any nail injuries, bruises or cracks. • A $30 deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit goes towards your final payment amount. • There is a 10 min grace period if you are running late. Please message me in advance if you are running late. More than 10 mins late may result in appt cancellation/rescheduling. • A 24 hours notice is required for any service cancellation/ rescheduling. Same day cancellations will result in loss of deposit. • Soak offs are only offered to returning clients for MY work only. Please book soak offs accordingly. • Appointment times may range from 1-3 hours depending on chosen nail length and complexity of design. Please plan your time and scheduled date accordingly. • No extra guest allowed.
