If you're more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or shortened. ❌ Cancellations & No-Shows I require at least **24 hours' notice** for cancellations or reschedules. No-shows or last-minute cancellations will result in a **50% fee** or full payment before rebooking. You may only reschedule your appointment two times before it will be cancelled. 💳 Deposits Nail appointments require a **non-refundable deposit** to secure your booking. This will go toward your final total. 💅 Nail Prep If you have product from another tech, please book a **removal** with your appointment. I do not infill other techs' work. Mobile clients -Please note: Standalone removal bookings are subject to availability and may not always be offered due to travel/time costs. 👶 Children & Guests Due to insurance and space, I kindly ask that **no extra guests or children** attend your appointment unless agreed in advance.
