Policy and Terms

When booking.... All booking deposits are strictly non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice. With 48+ hours' notice, your deposit will remain as a credit on your account and can be used towards a future appointment within 12 months. Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment, as well as no-shows, will result in your deposit being forfeited and a new deposit will be required to make another booking. To ensure a relaxing, safe and enjoyable experience for all of our guests, Ashlyn Taylor Hair Co is a child-free salon.
