By booking an appointment at Amber Studio, you acknowledge and agree to our salon policies.

Policies are as follows.. 

50% Deposit Policy:

A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours, fail to show up, or arrive more than 15 minutes late.

Rescheduling & Cancellations:

Upon booking, you’ll receive a confirmation message containing a link to reschedule or cancel your appointment. You may reschedule and retain your deposit as long as changes are made more than 24 hours before your scheduled time.

Lash Extension Refills:

To qualify for a refill, you must have at least 50% of your lash extensions remaining. If less, a full set charge will apply. 

Before Your Appointment (Pre-Care for Lash Extensions):

• Arrive with clean lashes, free from makeup, oils, and moisturisers
• Remove contact lenses beforehand
• Don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions prior to your visit

Lash Extension Aftercare:

• Gently brush your lashes daily with the lash wand provided
• Avoid getting your lashes wet for 24 hours post-application
• Try to sleep on your back to reduce lash fallout
• Use oil-free facial products—oil weakens the lash adhesive
• Do not pick, pull, or rub your lash extensions
• Clean your lashes regularly, especially if you wear makeup or have oily skin
I recommend using my lash cleanser, available for purchase, to help maintain lash retention and hygiene.

Unsatisfactory Service & Refunds:

Refunds are not offered for any services. If you are dissatisfied, please contact me within 72 hours of your appointment so we can discuss a resolution.
