BOOKING POLICY ♡ THANK YOU FOR RESPECTING MY TIME AND POLICIES ♡ DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS • A $15 non-refundable deposit is required and must be e-transferred to [email protected] within 1 hour of booking to secure your appointment. • Your deposit will be applied toward your remaining balance at the end of your appointment. • No deposit = No appointment. GRACE PERIOD & LATE FEES • Please be mindful of your appointment time. A 10-minute grace period is provided. • After 15 minutes, a $10 late fee will be added to your final total. • Clients who are 20+ minutes late with little to no communication may result in having their appointment cancelled. Please note that your deposit will be forfeited. RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS • A minimum of 12 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Failure to provide proper notice may result in a new deposit being required before rebooking. PREP BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT • Please arrive with your hair freshly washed, blow dried, and product-free to ensure the best results and a smooth service. • Arriving with dirty, product-filled, and/or severely tangled hair may result in a cancellation as it can affect the overall results and retention. Please note that your deposit will be forfeited. ADDITIONAL GUESTS • No extra guests are permitted unless discussed and approved beforehand. SERVICE CONCERNS & REFUND POLICY • Please speak up during your appointment if you have any concerns or would like adjustments made. I highly encourage communication during your appointment to ensure you are satisfied with your service. • Any concerns regarding your service must be communicated within 48 hours of your appointment so they can be properly addressed. • All services are final. No refunds will be issued. • Concerns brought forward after the 48-hour period may not be eligible for resolution.
