Please read and agree to ALL policies before booking an appointment. These guidelines are in place to protect both your time and mine, and to ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience for everyone.

- Pre-Payment Policy
PLEASE DO NOT PRE PAY FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT. Service totals may change based on add-ons or adjustments, and pre-payments can cause issues with pricing.
Deposit Policy
 - A non-refundable 25% deposit is required and must be paid via, Venmo, or Cash App at least 12 hours before your appointment, or it will be cancelled. The deposit secures your spot and goes toward your final total. Please review the cancellation policy for any changes.

Late Policy
- A 10-minute grace period is allowed.
- If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your service may need to be adjusted or canceled, and a fee may apply.
Cancellation Policy 
- Appointments may be canceled up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in the loss of your deposit as a cancellation fee.
No Show Policy 
- If you do not arrive within the 10-minute grace period or fail to communicate with me at least 24 hours before your appointment, your appointment will be canceled, your deposit forfeited, and you may not be able to book in the future.
Respect For Time
- Please be mindful of my time and that of other clients.
- I’m flexible with communication—just keep me in the loop if something changes. These policies help me run my business smoothly and fairly.
Foreign Work Policy 
- I do not work over other artists’ sets or soak off foreign work.
- If you have product from another nail artist, please arrive with bare nails.
Fill & Nail Loss 
- If you’re missing 5 or fewer nails, you may still book a fill—just add the add on to your cart + how many nails are missing. (ex. if you have 3 nails missing add that add on to your cart 3 times.) 
- If 6 or more nails are missing, please book a soak-off + new set.
Gel-X / Builder Gel Soak Off Policy 
- Gel-X sets can be filled up to 2 times. After that, a soak-off and new set are required.
- Builder Gel can be filled multiple times, but a monthly soak-off is required to maintain nail health. I’ll advise when it’s needed based on your nail condition, or you can schedule it yourself—whichever comes first. If a recommended soak-off is declined, your appointment may be rescheduled or canceled to protect your natural nails.
Nail Health Disclaimer
- While I’m not a doctor and cannot diagnose conditions, I am a licensed nail technician and know what is and isn’t safe to work on. If I notice something that makes it unsafe to proceed, I may refuse service to protect your well-being.
- Some issues can be safely worked around, but that decision will be based on my professional judgment. If my recommendation is declined, I may have to cancel the appointment and may not accept future bookings.
- If you notice anything unusual, feel free to send a clear photo via Instagram, email, or text, and I’ll be happy to take a look.
Silent Appointments & Custom Comfort 
- If you prefer a silent appointment, let me know when booking. I’ll ask a few initial questions, then continue with silent appointment.
- Want to watch or listen to something during your service? Let me know in advance.
- This is your time — I want you to feel as relaxed and comfortable as possible.
Guest Policy 
- You may bring one guest, but this MUST BE approved by me in advance.
- Children are not permitted as a guest (only exception if they are getting a service) — this is for safety due to the chemicals and tools in the space.
Sick Policy 
- If you are feeling sick, please do not come to your appointment. Your health and mine both matter.
Payment Options 
- I accept payments via Goldie app, tap-to-pay, and cash, unless otherwise arranged.
- Taxes will be calculated & applied at the time of payment. 
- Card payments are subject to a standard processing fee. 
- Tips are never required, but always appreciated!

- Clients who are consistently late may lose the ability to book in the future.
- The timing shown when booking is an estimate.
- Some sets take longer — please plan your day accordingly so we’re not rushed.
- I work in an open space with estheticians in nearby rooms. Please be mindful and respectful of their space and their clients.
- The bathroom is a shared space — be courteous and aware of others passing through.

- Full gem nail per nail $5
- Chrome on all 10 nails $12 
- 3D nail art per nail $3
This will be calculated into your total price at the end of the service, I do it at the end  just in case we change the set or anything like that.
