Thank you for choosing alannahxbeauty 🤍 Please take a moment to read the following before booking: • Please ensure your correct phone number is provided when booking, as appointment location details will be sent via text message before your appointment. • Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. • Any cancellations, reschedules, or changes made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the booked service before another appointment can be scheduled. • Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment cancelled or shortened, as this can impact other clients throughout the day. • I do not offer lash refill appointments on work completed by another technician. Please book a removal and full set if required. • Please arrive to all lash and brow appointments free from eye makeup to ensure the best results and allow sufficient treatment time. • Patch tests are required 24–48 hours before all brow tint, hybrid brow, brow lamination, and lash lift appointments. • French Tips and Nail Art are not included in standard nail services and must be selected as add-ons when booking. • Lash refill appointments require a minimum of 50–70% lash retention. If less than this remains, a full set appointment may be required. • No-shows will be required to pay for their missed appointment before booking future appointments.
