Phone: (801) 430-8689 To ensure that I can accommodate all of our clients effectively, I have implemented the following cancellation and rescheduling policy: Cancellation Policy: Notice Period: I kindly ask that you provide me with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service booked. No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, a no-show fee equal to 100% of the service cost will apply. In addition, I may require a deposit for future bookings. Rescheduling Policy: Notice Period: If you need to reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask that you do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees. Rescheduling Fees: I understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule on short notice (less than 24 hours), a fee of $10 will be applied to your next appointment.
