Late Cancellations/NO-SHOW
Appoinments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may requiere 50% deposit before a new appointment can be schedule . Same apply for NO-SHOWS 

Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or reschedule 

Repairs
Any issue related to the services provide should be reported ASAP 
Repairs due to application issues may be offered free of charge within a reasonable time frame 
Damage caused by accidents, misuse, may incur an additional charge.
