Zest Recovery

Zest Recovery is a mobile massage service and appointment times may need to be adjusted due to travel or unforeseen delays. If any changes are required, you will be notified as soon as possible. Please be ready at your scheduled appointment time, as late starts may shorten your session. If access or setup is delayed, this may impact treatment time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible. Late cancellations and no-shows may incur a fee. Travel: Zest Recovery is based in Medowie and offers free travel within the local area. Clients outside of Medowie are absolutely welcome to book; however, a travel fee may apply depending on distance. This will always be discussed and confirmed prior to your appointment. By booking, you confirm that a suitable and safe space is available for the massage to be performed. Equipment Hire (Sauna & Ice Bath): Zest Recovery offers mobile sauna and ice bath hire for private use and events. By booking equipment hire, you agree to the following: • Setup & Pack Down: Delivery, setup, and pack down times will be arranged in advance. Please ensure clear, safe access to the setup area. • Usage Responsibility: The hirer is responsible for all equipment during the hire period. Equipment must be used safely and as instructed. Any damage, misuse, or excessive cleaning required may incur additional charges. • Safety: Use of sauna and ice bath is at your own risk. It is your responsibility to ensure all users are medically fit to participate. Zest Recovery is not liable for any injury, adverse reaction, or health issue resulting from use. • Hygiene: Equipment is cleaned between hires. Clients are expected to maintain reasonable cleanliness during use (e.g. rinsing before ice bath use where possible). • Cancellations: Please provide as much notice as possible for cancellations or changes. Late cancellations may incur a fee. • Location & Travel: Equipment hire is available within Medowie and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply depending on distance and will be confirmed prior to booking. • Power & Space Requirements: The client must provide a suitable, safe, and level space for setup. Access to power and/or water may be required depending on the equipment booked.
