Policy and Terms

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all colour appointments and appointments that are 1 hour or longer. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. You can also reschedule your appointment using the link provided—just make sure it’s done before the 24-hour mark, and your deposit will automatically transfer to your new booking. Please note: Deposits are non-refundable if a cancellation is made within 24 hours of your appointment. Thank you for your understanding and support! - Zena

Partial Highlights (half head)

This is what I call a “maintenance” appointment for all the blonde babes. Highlight application is 3/4 - 1/2 Head of highlights instead of a Full Head of highlights. It’s a nice way to maintain your beautiful blonde hair while saving some $$ This package includes the toner, hair wash, blow dry & style.
