Please plan to arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure we start on time. 📅 Cancellations & Changes
If you need to cancel or amend your appointment, at least 12 hours’ notice is required.
Late cancellations or changes may be subject to a fee. 🚫 No-Shows & Late Arrivals * Missed appointments without notice are subject to a $20 no-show fee (payable via Zelle) before you can book again. * If you're more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. * If I do not hear from you within 10 minutes of your appointment time, it will be considered a no-show, and the fee will apply. 💳 Deposits for Services (Perm, Down Perm, and Colors) * A deposit is required and will be deducted from the final service cost. * Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. * If you reschedule at least 12 hours in advance using the online booking link, your deposit will automatically transfer to your new appointment. These policies are in place to respect both your time and mine and to ensure all clients have the opportunity to book available time slots. Thank you for your understanding and continued support!
