Late and cancellation fees All appointments need to be cancelled a minimum of 24 hours before your appointment. Appointments cancelled after this time period or no shows will be charged the full price of the appointment booked. will be added to your next appointment Payments We accept cash & card payment. When paying by card, please ensure you have enough funds in your account. If your payment is declined, we will ask you to pay the monies owed as soon as possible. A £10 fee will be added for late payments and you will not be able to book another appointment until your outstanding appointment is paid for. Supervision Please remember to supervise all children during the appointment and ensure any child that does not have an appointment is sat or stood with you in line with health and safety due dangerous equipment being used.
