REQUIREMENTS

Clients must arrive with their hair freshly washed and blow-dried, unless you’ve requested the £5 blow-dry service. 

Please avoid using oils, grease, or leave-in conditioner. If you arrive with unwashed hair or any product in your hair, a £20 charge will apply.


PAYMENT

A non-refundable £20 deposit is required to secure your appointment.

The remaining balance must be paid IN CASH on the day of your appointment. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, a £5 fee will be applied.


CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule their appointment. If notice is not given within this timeframe, you will be charged 50% of the remaining balance of your booking.

NO SHOWS:

If you do not attend your appointment without providing any prior communication before your scheduled time, your deposit will be forfeited, and you will be responsible for paying the remaining balance of your booked service(s).

Failure to pay the remaining balance will result in being permanently banned from making future appointments.


EMERGENCY APPOINTMENTS 

Sunday and Out of Hour appointments are an extra fee of £20.

Squeeze-Ins appointments are for clients who wish to be accommodated within a fully booked schedule. A £20 fee applies, as this requires rearranging existing plans and clients to make space.

If your preferred time or date isn’t available, please reach out via DM or email to discuss possible options.
 

MOBILE SERVICES 

Mobile appointments are a minimum of £30. Prices may vary depending on distance, travel time, and the appointment slot selected.

Please ensure the space is clean, well-lit, and has suitable access for setup.


ADD ONS 

If you wish to add any services to your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, an additional £5 will be added to your total amount.

All add-ons are subject to availability. Please message in advance to confirm if the additional service can be accommodated.


LATE FEE

A 10-minute grace period is given from your appointment time. After this, a £5 late fee will be applied.
	•	15 minutes late = £10 fee
	•	20 minutes late = £15 fee
	•	25 minutes late = £20 fee
	•	30 minutes late = appointment cancelled

Late fees are added to your total and must be paid before your service begins.
