Policy and Terms

• A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure any appointment. Deposits go toward service total. (Cash App, Apple Pay or Zelle Only) • Confirmation message will be sent 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to respond may result in your appointment being CANCELLED. • Remaining balance is due in EXACT Cash or Zelle payments. Any other payment methods will incur a $5 fee. • Reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. You may reschedule with the same deposit once if client wish. • Please be on time, arriving 10 minutes late will incur a $12 late fee after 15 minutes your appointment will be CANCELLED. 𝐈 (𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭) : will be responsible for disclosing any allergies or sensitivities related to lash products prior to my appointment. If unsure, I will consult beforehand to avoid any mishaps. No refunds will be provided.
