Policy and Terms

Booking & Deposits: A $3000 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This can be made via MMG (643-9808) or cash in hand to our location. Deposits will be applied to your total service cost. Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests must be made no more than 2 days after booking. If you wish you reschedule after such time, you will be required to make a new booking and deposit. Late Arrivals: Clients are allowed a 15 minute grace period. After which, if no contact is made, a late fee of $1000 will be applied. After 45 minutes your appointment will be cancelled/rescheduled (with a loss of deposit). Guests: Clients are allowed to bring 1 guest along to their appointments. (Please note: If the studio is at capacity, your guest may be asked to sit outside) Early/Late Apointments: If you wish to book an appointment earlier than our regular working hours, you will be required to pay $1000 for each hour earlier. If you wish to book one of our after-hour slots (5pm-8pm), the service cost will incur an additional $1000). These policies will help me provide the best service to each client, stay on top of my schedule, and continue delivering that ‘Xclusiv’ experience you love.💋 ~xoxo~

This package includes a soft glam makeup session with Xclusiv Beauty and a 45min in-studio photography session with Fusion Creative Studio (both done at the photography studio). This package is best suited for professional business headshots, graduation or maternity photo shoots.

Natural/bold cluster lashes that can last close to two weeks with proper care.

The fingernails are cleaned, shaped and buffed with clear/coloured gel polish.
