Clients agree to provide accurate information about their pets and accept responsibility for their pet’s behavior during services. Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty; cancellations or reschedules made later may incur fees. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for any pet deemed aggressive or unsafe. While we take all reasonable care, we are not liable for injury, loss, or damage to pets or property except where caused by our negligence. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. By using our services, clients acknowledge and accept these terms. Privacy of client information is maintained in accordance with applicable laws.
