The deposit required to book is nonrefundable.  

You must notify within 72 hours of your appointment if you need to reschedule to a different date. Otherwise, your deposit will be forfeited and you will need to pay a new deposit to reschedule. Certain emergency situations may excuse this.  Feel free to ask any questions. 

Absolutely NO MINORS permitted in the shop unless being pierced with a consenting parent or legal guardian. A parent must bring their own I.D. and the minor's birth certificate as well as I.D. if they have one. If you are consenting legal guardian,  we will need all of those documents plus power of attorney or legal documentation proving your guardianship of the minor. 

If you are 18 or older and consenting for your own tattoo or piercing,  you will need your physical I.D. A photo of it WILL NOT be accepted.

Went in a little nervous considering it was my first tattoo ever. But once I got in, I was welcomed by Keisha and her husband.
