To keep everyone’s appointments running smoothly read our policy in entirety! 

DO NOT PAY REMAINING BALANCE ON THE SITE 
YOU MUST BE 16 or OLDER to be serviced

DEPOSIT- deposits are non-refundable $15 deposit goes towards your final total

REMAINING BALANCE - Winxedout operates as CASH ONLY! (No exceptions)

RESCHEDULING-  rescheduling your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your updated appointment , only 1 rescheduling is ALLOWED . Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before start time.

FEES AND NO-SHOWS-  No call no shows will be charged 60% of the service. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service will result in being charged %35 of the service 

Tardiness is as FOLLOWS / 5 mins late without communication is A CANCELED appointment 
There is a grace period of 15 minutes MAX Any time after 5 minutes a $10 fee will apply after 10 minutes a $20 fee is applied after 15 minutes your appointment is deemed canceled! Or an extra $35 fee will apply to be serviced! 

Sundays are considered OFF DAYS Sunday appointments can be requested upon inquiry 

before/ after hours appointments are from ANYTIME before 10:30 AM after hours are 6:15 pm-9:30pm . Contact # to inquire 

Please come with a bare face meaning no oils and please NO MAKE UP and absolutely no other lashes , failure to do so will result in a $15 fee or a cancellation 

A 24 hour timeframe is  given for clients to express concerns after 24 hours WINXEDOUT is no longer liable 

I DO WORK ON HOLIDAYS IF AVAILABILITY IS UP  followed by a $ 45 fee (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New years, 4th of July , etc)

Guests - there are absolutely NO guests permitted without previous permission
