Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time.

If you fail to reschedule or cancel your appointment within 24hours a cancellation fee of 100% of your treatment will be applicable.

Please take note that Touch-Ups are only applicable on procedures not older than 24months.

All vouchers are only valid for 12months.
