What The Pup

Bookings are subject to approval and are not confirmed until accepted by What The Pup. We require a card on file at the time of booking, and a cancellation fee of 35% of the appointment value may be charged for a late cancellation or no-show. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment; cancellations made after this window are subject to the applicable deposit or fee policy. By booking an appointment with What The Pup, you agree to the following terms, and if you reschedule using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your future booking, where applicable. A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion. Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods may vary. Applicable platform fees may apply. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment, and clients should arrive no later then 15 minutes of scheduled appointment time unless prior arrangements have been made with the business. No refunds are issued once a service has been completed, and the business’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided to the extent permitted by applicable law, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Personal and booking information is collected solely to provide the service and is not shared with third parties except as required to process payments or by law. Looking forward to seeing you.
