I also specialize in a number of different other styles! Our top priority is not only to create a beautiful piece of work that you can carry with you on your journey, but we also prioritize a comfortable, clean, safe environment for all of our clientele.

Policy and Terms

Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. To book for body modifications (tattoo or piercing), clients will have to complete a FREE mandatory in person consultation. if client cannot do an in person consultation, desired artist must be contacted and notified to accommodate. The consultation is completely free if client is just inquiring for a tattoo or piercing, and do not decide to schedule an appointment. Deposits are required to schedule, tattoo appointments, deposits range from $50-$150 dependent on length of the session and must be paid before booking your appointment. DEPOSITS ARE TAKEN ON, TATTOOS ONLY! Typically this is done at your consultation. If there is any reason, you cannot pay your deposit at your consultation, please notify your respective artist although there is no guarantee, you will still be able to be booked without a deposit. DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE! Under no circumstances will deposits be taken online unless otherwise notified by the artist and accepted through a verified channel. Clients will never be expected to pay for their full tattoo prior to their appointment. If clients send money to an unverified party, artist are not liable for that loss. If 24 hour notice is not given to the artist, the client will lose their full deposit. However, if a client cancels or reschedules before the 24 hour mark, your deposit can be transferred to your next session. If artist cancels for any reason clients deposit will be honored and transferred to clients next appointment. Our clientele have a 30 minute grace period after the allotted appointment time to notify us of cancellation or tardiness. If artist is not notified, clients time slot and deposit may be forfeited. The artist reserves the right to deny clientele that have arrived afflicted by viral illness, if I am unhygienic, and or under the influence of drugs or alcohol. For those reasons, clients may also lose their deposit. For a custom design the artist may send client a proof of their design. No designs will be sent until the 24 hours before client’s starting appointment time. Design proofs aren’t guaranteed prior to the clients scheduled appointment time. Although the artist may need extra details to complete the artwork, confirmation of the design, or upon client request. WE WILL NOT TATTOO ANYTHING RACIST, HATEFUL, OR GANG RELATED. All artwork/designs by the artists are their intellectual property, there for it is not to must not be stolen, reproduced, or profited on. The art in the original tattoo design, assuming it is indeed an original creation, is therefore owned by the original creator (artist). You are only allowed to make full design changes prior to the design being drawn. Small design alterations are allowed after the design is drawn such as (color, small compositional changes and add-ons) at no expense to the client. If full design change is required (changing subject matter, style or major compositional changes) there is an additional fee of the equivalent amount of your deposit. If you intend to bring a guest to your appointment please notify your artist as we work in a small shared space. We only have 4 days a week where an artist has both rooms to themselves so we must book any tattoos with guests, tattoos in private areas, or soon request to be alone. We have the right to refuse service to clients who are violent, disrespectful, harassing or clients that breach contract. All rights and remedies at law and equity are here by reserved. I as the client understand: -I must undergo a free consultation to schedule any further body modification appointments. Where I may be expected to pay a full deposit of $50-$150 (piercings are excluded from deposit policy) to be able to book my tattoo appointment. -I have 24 hours before my appointment to cancel my appointment or I will lose my full deposit. My deposit is NONREFUNDABLE under any circumstances. -If I give more than a 24 hour notice, I will not receive my deposit back, although the deposit balance will be transferred to my next appointment. -If my artist cancels my appointment, my deposit balance will be honored and transferred to my next appointment. -I have an allotted 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time to notify my artist of tardiness or cancellation. Failure to comply, may result in loss of full deposit and/or scheduled appointment timeslot. -There are Internet scams, and I am not to send any money digitally, unless directed by the artist through a verified channel. I understand that if I send money digitally through unverified channels the artist is not responsible for that loss. -If I arrive for my appointment unhygienic , virally ill, and/or under the influence of drugs or alcohol i may lose my scheduled appointment time and will lose my full deposit. -That if my artist chooses to send me a proof of my design, it will only be received 24 hours before my scheduled appointment start time. I understand that no design work will take place prior to that and that a proofs of my design may not be guaranteed. -I am allowed to change any details about my design before it it drawn. Small design changes are permitted upon request although if the piece must be entirely redesigned there is an additional redesign fee equivalent to the deposit I paid. -MY ARTIST WILL NOT TATTOO ANYTHING RACIST, HATEFUL, OR GANG RELATED! -What an intellectual property is. That the intellectual property of the design belongs to the artist. I will not steal, reproduce, or make a profit on any of the artists intellectual property. -I understand that listed above are precautionary measures taken by Widows den, and the artist of my choosing to make sure both me and the artist have safe and comfortable experience. -The artist may have to book private tattoos, tattoos with guests, and tattoos where the client specifically requested to have the space to themselves on specific dates. -They have the right to refuse my service if I am harassing, assaulting, disrespectful, or I breach my contractual agreement with widows den. By agreeing, you understand and agree to our policies and terms.
