Policy and Terms

VIRGO BEAUTY CO. BOOKING POLICY By booking an appointment with Virgo Beauty Co., you acknowledge and agree to the following booking policy. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without charge up to 48 hours before your appointment time. Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a fee of 70% of the booked service price. NO-SHOWS & LATE ARRIVALS Failure to attend your appointment will incur a fee of 100% of the booked service price. If you arrive 15 minutes or more late, your appointment may need to be cancelled if there is no longer enough time to complete your booked service. In this situation, it will be treated as a no-show and the 100% fee may apply. CARD CONFIRMATION A valid card is required to confirm and secure your appointment. Your service will not be charged at the time your card details are captured. Any booking or card verification fee charged by the booking platform is separate from your service payment. By providing your card details and confirming your booking, you authorise Virgo Beauty Co. to charge the applicable late cancellation or no-show fee in accordance with this policy. ILLNESS & EMERGENCIES I understand that genuine illness and unexpected emergencies can happen. These circumstances may be considered at my discretion. FUTURE BOOKINGS Any outstanding cancellation or no-show fees must be paid before another appointment can be booked. Repeated late cancellations, no-shows or failure to comply with this policy may result in future bookings being declined. Brow Lamination | Tinted (no waxing)

For fuller, fluffier brows with added definition. ✨ Brow Lamination smooths, shapes and redirects your natural brow hairs, while a customised tint adds depth and definition for a more polished, fuller looking brow. Perfect for lighter brows, sparse looking areas or anyone wanting a little more definition. Please note: Waxing is currently unavailable in salon. If you’d like freshly shaped brows, I recommend having them professionally waxed at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
