Booking & Salon Policy

To ensure a smooth and professional experience for every client, please take a moment to review the following salon policies:


Deposit Requirement

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all appointments. Deposits must be made no later than 3 days before your scheduled service. Appointments without timely deposit payments will be automatically canceled. The deposit will be applied to your remaining balance, which is due on the day of your appointment.

Consultation Before Hair Purchase
All clients must consult with me before purchasing braid hair. This ensures the correct type, length, and quantity is selected for your desired style.

Pre-Appointment Hair Preparation
Clients who choose not to receive a wash at the salon must arrive with hair and scalp clean, detangled, and free of all products.
If you would like a specific product used during your service, you are welcome to bring it with you.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Kindly provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Appointments canceled with 48 hours’ notice are eligible for a one-time deposit transfer, subject to availability.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in forfeiture of deposit.
