Please review the info below so we’re all set for your visit! ⸻ 📝 Salon Etiquette • Come alone – no extra guests. • No vaping or smoking inside the salon. • Nails must be clean and bare (no gel, polish, or acrylic bits). ⸻ 💳 Payment Options • Cash. • Card (3.5% fee). • Zelle. ⸻ ⏱ Late Policy • 10+ minutes late → $10 late fee. • 15+ minutes late → your appointment will be canceled. ⸻ ❌ Cancellations • If you cancel your appointment, you forfeit your deposit. • Missed appointments without notice → $50 fee charged to card on file. ⸻ 🔄 Rescheduling • Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 1 day (24 hours) in advance of your appointment. Rescheduling is not allowed after this time, and a new appointment must be booked. ⸻ 💰 Deposits • Deposits are non-refundable. • $20 deposit required to hold your spot (applied to total). • To retain your deposit, rescheduling must be completed at least 1 day (24 hours) before your appointment. ⸻ 💅🏼 Fills & Nail Maintenance • BIAB™ Fills: After 4 weeks (28 days) from your last appointment, fills are no longer available. Drill-off and new set required. • Acrylic Fills: After 4 weeks (28 days) from your last appointment, soak-off and new set required.
