Bookings are subject to approval and are not confirmed until accepted by VibezNails. We require a $20.0 deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment; cancellations made after this window are subject to the applicable deposit or fee policy. Deposits are non-refundable regardless of when the cancellation occurs.

A 15-minute grace period is granted; after that the appointment will be cancelled and a new deposit will be required to book a later time or date. Do not contact me 5 minutes before appointment stating you’re on the way. No-call no-shows will be banned; no exceptions. Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods may vary. After-hours appointments are accepted between 7pm and 9pm for a $35 service fee, and add-ons must be selected when booking as they are not included with a nail set. Contact me to book after hours. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment; for questions please text 662-386-2044. Clients should arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been made with the business, and children or extra guests are not permitted unless they are being serviced. I do not work over other techs work. So come hands free of nails unless I’ve done them. 

No refunds are issued once a service has been completed. The business’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided to the extent permitted by applicable law, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Personal and booking information is collected solely to provide the service and is not shared with third parties except as required to process payments or by law. Looking forward to seeing you.
