Appointment Policy: • Human Hair Only • Please arrive with your hair washed, blow-dried, and fully detangled—no knots. • Human hair must be provided by the client. Velour Human Hair is also available for purchase. • Clients must be 16 years or older. • No call, no show will result in a ban from future bookings. • After booking, please complete the form to ensure a smooth appointment. • Payment methods: Card, Tap Pay, or Cash. • No Refunds
