All deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or no-show. However, if you need to reschedule, your deposit will automatically transfer to the new appointment only if you reschedule using the provided link at least one hour prior to your originally scheduled time. Rescheduling less than one hour before your appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
