DEPOSIT POLICY All appointments require a deposit of R100 in order to secure your spot. Your appointment will be confirmed after paying the deposit . Deposit is NON - REFUNDABLE. LATE POLICY You have a 15 minute grace period, After the 15 minute grace period is up your appointment will be cancelled or pay a late fee of R100 to go ahead with the appointment. CANCELLATION POLICY If you wish to cancel your appointment please give us Atleast 24hrs notice via WhatsApp call/text so that the slot can be filled out. Cancellation or reschedule are free but please note that if you cancel or reschedule that will result in total loss of the deposit. We will require a new deposit payment before making a new booking .
