By booking with Vanilla Beauty Bar, you have read through and agreed to all policies.

NEW CLIENTS:
For all new clients, full payment is required prior to your appointment at Vanilla Beauty Bar. This is to reduce any last minute cancellations and no-shows. I will be in touch the week prior to your appointment to send through your invoice & explain our payment options.

CANCELLATIONS
- Within 48hrs: 50% of the fee to be paid.
- Within 24hrs: 100% of the fee to be paid.
- No Shows: 100% of the fee to be paid.
- Surcharge on public holidays. (10%)

I have a 10 minute grace period, if you are running late let me know. If you arrive later then 10 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and classed as a no show (100% of the service fee needs to be paid).

BEST LASHES IN THE BUSINESS! 5 STARS for my lash QUEEN. I am a complete convert - until going to see Larni & being a lash model for a set of lashes, I always said I’d never get them done. Since then, I have never been without. Not only that - but Larni tailors the lashes to my eye shape and style, always getting them exactly how I want them & listening to what I love & what I do not like. I couldn’t be without her & my lashes now!!

My eyes are sensitive and would always go red after getting lash extensions but since going to Larni my eyes no longer go red because she uses her natural products, Larni is very gentle and does an amazing job with my lashes!
