First of all, Thank You for choosing me as your Nail Tech. Im happy to have you in my chair. Here's few things you need to know before booking. PLEASE READ BELOW. By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to my Policies and Terms. DEPOSIT A $20 NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required at the time of booking, deposit goes towards the total of your service(s). SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS ARE AVAILABLE BUT NOT GUARANTEE. All appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. If you would like to schedule an appointment that is less than 24 hours from the time of booking, please text me at: (510) 798-9846. AFTER HOUR CHARGES I am happy to make accommodations for early or late evening appointments. Please note, for this service accommodation, an additional $25 fee will be charged. The client is responsible for confirming those charges before booking your appointment. CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING Your appointment is very important to me, and it is reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes, schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, I respectfully request appointments be canceled or rescheduled at least 6 hours before your scheduled appointment only by going online or texting me. If you cancel within 6 hours, you may reschedule and use your deposit for your next appointment. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE if changes are made 6-HOURS before your appointment time or if you reschedule twice. LATE SHOWS I utilize every minute of your appointment time to ensure that your nails are PERFECT!! If you are late, you may not be able to get exactly what you want on your nails. If it’s your first time coming, please make yourself familiar with the area well before your appointment time. After 15 minutes late, you will need to RESCHEDULE, and your deposit will be lost. If im late 10 minutes or more I will give you a discount for waiting for me.
