Deposits secure your time slot and ensure reliability, as we take the time to come in, prepare, and set up specifically for your service. If an appointment is missed, that time cannot be replaced. Deposits are applied to your account but are non-refundable. All completed services are final sale and non-refundable. We are committed to making sure every client feels comfortable, cared for, and fully informed about their service beforehand.
