BOOKING: All appointments must be booked online with a valid email address and phone number.

WIG CUSTOMISATION & REVAMPS: Please allow 5–7 working days for up to 2 wigs (excluding colouring and wig construction). Wigs must be dropped off at least 5 working days before your appointment. Your booking is only confirmed once your wig has been received and your deposit has been paid.

DEPOSIT: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and will be deducted from your final balance.

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION : You may reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours will result in the loss of your deposit.

LATE ARRIVAL: A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After this, your appointment may be cancelled, rescheduled, or subject to an additional fee.

NO-SHOW: Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
Revisions: All services are final. Any revision requests must be made within 48 hours of service completion.

GUESTS : To ensure a comfortable experience for all clients, no plus-ones are permitted.
