Utterly Empressed

All appointments with Utterly Empressed require a nonrefundable deposit of $32, which is applied towards the service. A VIP fee of $30 applies for Squeeze Me in Please appointments. Clients must arrive on time, as a late fee of $15 will be charged after 10 minutes, with a new deposit required if more than 15 minutes late. Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours before the appointment, with a $30 fee for late cancellations. A no-call, no-show fee of $25 must be paid before rebooking. Text messages are received and replied to Monday-Saturday between 8am-8pm. Thank you for understanding and complying with these business policies.
