2. Pay Your Deposit (bank transfer!) 
A £20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Please transfer the deposit using the details below:

3. Confirm Your Payment
Once you’ve paid, text 07809 217707 with your name and the message “Deposit Paid.”
Your booking will then be confirmed, and you’ll receive a confirmation message along with your consent form and location details.

To secure your chosen slot, the £20 deposit must be paid within 1 hour of booking.  

If payment is not received, the appointment will be automatically cancelled and offered to the next client.

Appointments are in high demand and are held strictly on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis.

Important Information

💷 Deposit & Cancellation Policy
	•	Your £20 deposit will be deducted from the final balance.
	•	Deposits are non-refundable.
	•	Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in the loss of your deposit.
	•	Arriving more than 15 minutes late also results in a lost deposit, and a new one will be required to rebook.
	•	No-shows may not be allowed to rebook in the future.

I work alone and by appointment only.
Cancelling on the day or day before leaves me with an empty hour I can’t fill.
This results in a loss of income and your £20 deposit.
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

If a cancellation fee applies, please pay it without me needing to ask or chase.
