Clients of Upscale Ink And Art Gallery may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Deposits for appointments are non-refundable. Clients have 30 days to reschedule; failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the deposit. A 15-minute late grace period is allowed. No children are permitted, and only one guest is allowed. Clients are liable for any damages caused by themselves or their guest. Touch ups are valid for 60 days. Free touch ups require a photo evaluation by the Artist; if you are getting a cover up and need a second pass, and or if you neglect or use of a foreign agent such as numbing cream,neosporian has been applied. It will be determined, that a reset fee will be charged. By booking an appointment, clients agree to adhere to these policies.
