Please notify us via text or email at least one hour before your scheduled time. 🚨 Important Policy If you previously booked an appointment but did not show up or failed to notify us in advance, a non-refundable scheduling deposit will be required to confirm future bookings. This deposit will be applied toward your service but will remain non-refundable if you do not show up. ⏳ Late Arrival & No-Show Policy Appointments are held for 15 minutes past the scheduled time. If you arrive later than 15 minutes, your appointment will be considered a NO-SHOW, and you will need to rebook through the website, including a new deposit.
