All appointments MUST be rescheduled within 24 hours. If appointments are cancelled the day of or if you’re a NO SHOW, 60% of the service will be charged to your card on file. Any cancellations or reschedules will forfeit their deposit & be required to re-book a new appointment with an additional booking fee.
