
Esthetic Spa Booking Policy & Procedures

At  Uniicii Skin we are committed to providing each guest with a relaxing, timely, and high-quality experience. To ensure we operate smoothly and fairly for all our clients and staff, please review and adhere to our booking policy outlined below.


Booking & Deposits
	•	Appointment Confirmation: All appointments must be confirmed with a valid credit card or a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total service cost at the time of booking.
	•	Group Bookings or Packages: A 50% deposit may be required for group bookings or multi-service packages.



Arrival Policy
	•	Early Arrival: We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows time to complete any necessary forms and to begin your service on time.
	•	Late Arrival: Arriving late may result in a shortened service time so as not to delay the next guest. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and could be subject to a late cancellation fee (see below).

No-Show Policy
	•	Guests who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.
	•	Repeat no-shows may be required to pay in full at the time of booking for future appointments.

Rescheduling & Cancellations
	•	We understand that life happens. You may reschedule or cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice.
	•	Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit or a charge of 50% of the service total.
	•	Same-day rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur a fee.
