𝐏𝐀𝐘𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓 All appointments require valid card details at the time of booking to secure your slot. i accept cash, card, contactless payments, bank transfers, or online payments. all bookings are non-refundable. in the event of a no-show or extreme lateness resulting in cancellation, the card on file will be charged in full. 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐋𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒 & 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐃𝐔𝐋𝐄𝐒 Appointments may be rescheduled & cancelled up until the shown date & time at booking. same day reschedules are allowed once for genuine emergencies only, with payment transferred. failure to reschedule within the permitted timeframe will result in forfeiture of your payment. you will need to rebook if you wish to schedule again. 𝐀𝐑𝐑𝐈𝐕𝐀𝐋 & 𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐍𝐄𝐒𝐒 Please arrive on time for your appointment. if you arrive early, you may be asked to wait until your scheduled time. a 10-minute grace period is allowed. arrivals exceeding 15–20 minutes late may result in cancellation and loss of payment. if timing allows and it does not affect subsequent clients, you may still be accommodated. otherwise, the appointment will be cancelled. 𝐇𝐄𝐀𝐋𝐓𝐇 & 𝐒𝐀𝐅𝐄𝐓𝐘 Please inform me of any allergies, medical conditions, or medications prior to your appointment. it is your responsibility to ensure you are suitable for treatment and that all forms are completed honestly. i reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable. 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐔𝐋𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐌𝐒 All clients must complete consultation forms in advance. forms are sent automatically once your booking is confirmed. these are essential for assessing suitability and ensuring your safety. if forms are not completed beforehand and must be filled out on the day, you may be refused treatment and your card will still be charged. early completion allows time to review your information and cancel if necessary without charge. 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐑𝐍𝐒 Please contact me immediately if you have any concerns. issues raised after 48 hours are outside of my control. refunds are not provided; however, corrective adjustments or fixes will be offered where appropriate.
