**R.D. Hybrid Service Policy and Terms**

At R.D. Hybrid Service, we strive to provide the best service and customer experience. We kindly request that you review our booking policy.

When booking, please select all required services/products. Last-minute additions may not be accommodated due to time constraints. 

Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling within 24 hours must be done via phone or WhatsApp and incurs a 10% fee of the booking amount at your next appointment.

Double booked or split appointments will be automatically canceled. For booking errors or changes within 24 hours, please contact us directly.

A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed after the scheduled start time; thereafter, the appointment is considered a no-show, and a rescheduling fee applies. Two no-shows will result in the cancellation of future online booking privileges; future appointments must be arranged by phone.

Had a heavy rattle for months in my Toyota Fielder hybrid. Changed plugs, serviced injectors, changed coil pack, serviced plastic intake....no relief. Went to R and D who I saw on facebook. They changed plugs, serviced injectors and throttle body with very quick service...no rattle the morning after. Very happy and hoping problem resolved.
