CANCELLATION POLICIES Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to show will result in a 50% fee of the booked service. No call, no shows will be prohibited from booking future appointments. Deposits are non-refundable, can be transferred towards future appointments. APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION Please confirm ALL appointments, if there is no confirmation we won’t be able to secure that spot for you. NO EXTRA GUESTS No extra people are allowed in the studio. SERVICE REFUSAL Jennifer Queiroz Beauty reserves the right to refuse service to anyone due to policy violations, failure to comply, harassment, or any other inappropriate behavior.
