Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However if you re-schedule your deposit will automatically go towards tht appointment. 

(If you reschedule LESS THAN 24hrs your deposit will NOT go towards your rescheduled appointment!!! )

After 10 mins of your appointment it will be a $10 late fee however if ur 15 minutes late your appointment is cancelled ..  ‼️
