Tuff Detail Service requires clients to pay a non-refundable platform fee at the time of booking. We appreciate your business and value you as a customer. To ensure transparency and satisfaction, please note our policy regarding refunds. All sales made are considered final. We do not offer refunds or returns for services purchased through our website, in-store, or via any other method, unless otherwise specified here. The only exceptions to this policy are the following situations: We are unable to service your vehicle on your scheduled date due to unfortunate circumstances on our behalf. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to reschedule your appointment to a different day and time that works with your availability.
