• A non-refundable deposit of R180 is required to secure each slot. • Payment must be made immediately after confirmation of availability for your selected date and time. • Rescheduling is allowed once and must be done at least 48 hours before your appointment. • Cancellations made 48 hours prior are acceptable; anything later will result in forfeiture of the deposit. • Please specify the services you are booking for (e.g., soak-off, hands & feet, foot soak, or hands only). • If booking both hands and feet, kindly make separate slots & booking fee for each. For soak-off plus a new set, please specify. • Send an inspiration picture of your desired set for an accurate quotation. • If you are doing a soak-off, please arrive 30 minutes earlier. • A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After this, a late fee of R100 will be added to your final payment. • After 20 minutes, the appointment will be automatically cancelled and the deposit forfeited. • No-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit. A new booking will require a new deposit. • No credit on services or products. • No cash payments accepted. • An overtime fee of R150 per person applies to appointments scheduled before 09:00 or after 17:00.
