Booking & Deposits A non-refundable deposit of $100 TTD is required to secure all appointments. Deposit instructions will be provided via WhatsApp. Appointments are not confirmed without a deposit. If you require an appointment outside of the available times listed on the calendar, please message via WhatsApp to inquire about availability. Rescheduling & Cancellations Clients may reschedule up to 24 hours before their scheduled appointment time. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Deposits are transferrable. Late Policy Please arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After 15minutes, a late fee may be applied. After 30 minutes, your appointment may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited. Studio Policy No extra persons are allowed in the studio unless previously discussed. Please arrive with brows groomed and a clean, makeup-free face. Outdoor shoes are not allowed in the studio. You will be required to leave your shoes outside. Feel free to walk with a pair of socks. Photo Requirement A recent clear/makeup and filter-free photo must be submitted after booking for security purposes and assistance with shade matching. Content & Photography Photos and videos may be taken for promotional and marketing purposes. By booking, you consent to content being captured and used on social media platforms. If you prefer not to be recorded, please advise prior to your appointment. Payments The preferred method of payment is online transfer. Payment details will be provided upon booking.
