Please do not pay for any services prior to receiving them UNLESS it’s for a reservation fee. Payments will be taken at time of service. By booking with True Glow, you agree to these Policies & Terms. True Glow may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment if needed and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. Please arrive on time; arriving late may shorten your service or require rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible; late cancellations and no-shows may incur a fee.

This is for the regular 8 hour rinse formula but you can also upgrade to the express 2-6 hour rinse tan for $10 additional.

8 hour rinse (Full Body)

Full body. This solution can be showered off anytime AFTER 8 hours from being applied. You can also leave it on as long as you want. You may take a regular shower at that time with soaps if you need to. If you wait longer than the 8 hours to shower and can avoid using soaps in that first shower this is recommended for longer wear time. For more in depth info and tips on the tan please be sure to review the "Before, during and after the tan" tab in the menu.

Express 2-6 hour rinse (Full Body)

Full body. The rapid tan can be rinsed off anywhere from 2-6 hours. You are ONLY rinsing this tan off lightly with water. You are NOT using any soaps or detergents on the skin when you take this rinse. You can take a regular shower with soap once 24 hours has past. The rapid tan is an entirely different kind of solution than the regular and works differently. It absorbs quicker into the skin. It will look like you rinsed it all off but the tan will start to develop back on the skin. The rinse off time depends entirely on the desired color you are looking for. The general rule of thumb for rinse times is as follow: 2-3 hours for light to medium color 4-5 for medium to dark color 6 hours for darkest option *It is not recommended to leave this tan on without rinsing more than 6 hours. This service involves a bleach hi lift at the root only touch up and then toning service. Color services do not come with a blowdry that must be selected separately.

This is for clients that are not sure what they should be choosing. They are changing color, need consultation with me, are doing larger color transformations or corrective color. Things of that nature. A separate phone conversation will most likely be needed and proper time scheduling will need to be figured out. Scheduling this type of appt in the app will trigger me to call you.
